Pole Attachment (RTA)
Applications to attach the fiber cable to the poles of MERALCO (or another pole owner): the poles of the route with their photos and location, then the Pole Pictures, the RTA form and the Outside Plant Design drawing, ready to print.
Applications
| Reference | Project title | Poles | Photos | Cable (m) | Status |

The poles in the order the cable passes them. Each pole needs the tag photo and the whole-pole photo; its location draws the plan and gives the span lengths. Write NPT when the pole has no tag.
| # | Pole tag | Location | Position | Coordinates | Span to next | Marks | Tag photo | Pole photo |

Pole Pictures
Four poles per page (letter, landscape): item no., pole tag, the tag photo and the whole pole.
RTA form
Twenty poles per page (letter, landscape) with the attachment data, notes and the boxes for MERALCO.
Outside Plant Design
Cover, table of contents, vicinity map, key map and the detailed plan (A4, landscape).
The document opens in a new tab. Use Print and choose "Save as PDF" (or a printer). Set the paper as shown above, margins "None" and turn on "Background graphics".
Before printing
Vicinity map picture
A picture of the area with the route (e.g. a screenshot of Google Earth or of GIS & Coverage). Without it, the route is drawn from the pole locations.
Result per pole
Record what the pole owner approved. A disapproved pole gets the code of the legend (A to M).
